Eden Project - a great place for a visit
When considering visiting Eden Project - remember the area is
a great place for a lovely family break amongst the picturesque
cornish surroundings; rolling fields, dramatic land and seascape.
Some of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches are near within
a short distance from where we are. Known for its great weather
and lovely warm climate its an opportunity to soak up the sun
by the sea and top up your tan!
Eden Project - the food!

place to sample some local delicious produce such as ice cream
and pasties not forgetting a yummy clotted cream tea with locally
produced jam. Don't forget the infamous 'Pastie' which are a
must during your visit available in traditional and variety
of Pork and Apple, Balti, Steak etc. Padstow offers Rick Steins
famous restaurant and there are a number of tea and specialist
pasty shops by the harbour
Eden Project - places to visit
Your plans for a Eden Project day out must include a trip to
the number of visitor attractions. Eden Project is located down
the south west which means you could consider a leisurely train
trip on the local Rail Ale Trail including scenic tour of the
valley and delicious real ales via local rural pubs. Restormel
Castle was once the romantic stronghold of Edward, the Black
Prince. Set high on a motted mound, this splendid castle ruin
is one of the former strongholds of the Dukes of Cornwall. The
Eden Project place you not too far from the picturesque Mount
Edgcumbe House & Country Park which was created in 1971,
the park covers 800 acres. Mount Edgcumbe has been famous since
the 18th Century for its landscape and gardens. Features are
Thomson's Seat, Milton's Template, the Folly, the Arch. If you
are a surfer then the cool venue is Watergate Bay and Newquay
for best sea waves and opportunity to see the best surfers in
action.
